紧急情况，请教关于绿卡申请中出生证明的问题，多谢各位了

I-485要求有出生证明，这个东西在中国应该怎么申请啊？
一般多长时间可以拿到？可不可以在中国驻美国大使馆申请呢？
实在是手足无措了。。。
