Hi, Dear Friend,

I have one question needs your help. My situation is: I-140 and 485 were subimitted last year, I-140 got approved, 485 is pending, H-1B holder second year at University. Should I submit 1040NR-EZ or 1040 form for Tax refund? Is there any negative effect on my GC if I file 1040NR-EZ?
