DO NOT dismiss without letter from AUSA/USCIS state that they will adjudicate in certain time. Many may still wait long time even name check clear, plus "name check clear" from FBI not necessary means USCIS update your case, see story here

if they refuse to provide this letter, you can negotiate with AUSA to extend their answer to your complaint for 30 days.
