Xiaobeitu,pjiang,radiology,etc, urgent question

My I140 is still pending and got EAD card. My current employer A has already extend 7th year H1-b and will expire in May, now I got offer from another company B, my questions are:
(1) Can I do transfer and extend my 8th year H1-b together to company B?
(2) Is it effect my I140 to get approval because USCIS may know I have already changed employer from A to B?
(3) Which way is better to work for B using H1-b or EAD?
(4) If my I140 was denied, will my approved 8th year H1-b be invalid automatically?
