Perm问题求助

我在一个美国公司做scientist,公司的招聘广告没有说职位要求是master还是bachelor. 现在办劳工卡(lc),律师发给我job deion（最低要求bachelor,没定稿)，叫我和我的老板review. 并对我说现在写master被audit很多，如果要写master要公司所有的scientist都是master以上的。这种情况下我能不能改成master?

她的job deion根本就是照抄我的resume,是不是合适？一般这种job deion怎么写比较好？谢谢！
