open a comp an sponsor myself

My opt will expire in the middle of August. One company is willing to hire me but no sponsorship. The people there suggest me open a company and sponsor myself. They will pay my company while I working for them. Would someone like to tell me whether it is possible to apply H1B as that and what is the requirement.
