No matter how many citation your papers have,you should attach the citation paper title, citation location,and the referrence page of citation paper,which are evidence of your citation.Otherwise, nobody believes in you.Also,you could add one document to explain why they cited your paper, and if they used your methods to perform their research, if they made a use of your finding to support their conclusion, and hypothesis. I did it for my application like that.
