I filed NIW 140 with I485 concurrently in June 16 2007,and they are still pending. Also,my Eb1a-140 was e-filed on June 6th 2007 (PD: June 7th), and got approval on Jan 24th,2008. When I called TSC immigration officer regarding my I485, I was told that the PD date of I485 is at June 7th,2007. Does this mean that my I485 interlink with the approved Eb1a-140 automatically?
I am little bit confused. Please give me clarification if you know.
