Dear experts, I still needs your input after I consult a few lawyers.

Situation: I am planning to have a trip to China and reenter via AP (EB2 I140 approved, I485 pending). My wife currently is holding stamped H4 visa. After I return via AP, my status becomes "Parolee".

Question: Does my "Parolee" status mean my wife's status "out of status" before I extend my H1B petition?
