congratulation
it seem to cost long time to get your F2 TO F1.BCIS in letter replying me said that they will cost 15 -30 days ,but i am not sure if they can promise

please .do you know if someone take the way to MEXICAN to get VISA for status changing of F2 TO F1,is it safy?
