我准备EFILING 我的I-140 for NIW. 想了解EFILE的一些情况, 我现在加州， 如果邮寄材料，是肯定到Nebraska Service Center， 我在本站读过如果efileI-140, 有机会到Texas Service Center，目前那里的i-140 批的比NaebraskService Center要快， 所以想知道现在EFILE 的信息， 是否可以继续efile I-140?到Texas Service Center的机率有多大？ 谢谢_:$
