2. ready to cancel your trip
3. call your lawyer
4. there is really much you can do before you get the letter from USCIS and the letter should go to your lawyer's office if you filed the case by a lawyer
5. collect public information such as the senate's office contact in your local area in case you need his/her help for your case appeal
