F2 Question

Recently I changed my status from H1 to F2 to follow my hu*****and's F1 (OPT) that expires on 2/11/05. I got my F2 approved, however I was not given a DS, but until 2/11/05 instead. Now my hu*****and is addmitted to a PHD program starts Fall 2004. I will get a new I-20 accordingly. My question is: do I need to submit the new I-20 to USCIS for approval again? And What about my I94, since it also expires on 2/11/05. Any kind resopnse would be greatly appreciated.
