1. 3年前填的： 1.c. Yes; 1.c.1. No; 1.c.2. No.
我满足1.c.1. 和 1.c.2.的条件，不确定应填Yes还是No （GC 申请的EB2 I-140）
5. 我在日本拿的PhD。是否应填No.
