You can still submit I485 if your hu*****and I485 is still on pending,
But if you hu*****and is too lucky to get I485 very quickly, it will be unlucky for you, you have to wait 5 years until his Citizenship.

I heard somebody get I485 within 3 months recently, so it is possible.
