Concurrent filing of I-360/I485 is allowed if you ex-spouse is a US citizen. And I765 and I131 are free if filing with I-485 now.

Was the elder son in the US living with you during the marriage? If not, cannot bring new derivatives in your category. Must also be as your derivative in your original application.
