请问各位前辈:
我从欧洲签J-1 到美, 我的J-1 上说"BEARER IS NOT SUBJECT TO 212(E), TWO YEAR RULEB DOES NOT APPLY'.请问我需要办J-1WAIVE来转H-1B身份吗?谢谢回复.
