我的情况和你类似，现在用OPT，准备用AP，咨询律师，回复如下：

-- Since you are in F-1, you will become AOS when you use the AP. As a result, you would not be able to change to H-1/H-4 in the future.

-- You would not be able to apply for the H visa in the US. However, if you were to obtain an H visa abroad after becoming AOS, it could lead to the denial of your I-485.

不仅是我这个律师这样说，我也看到过其他律师有一样的说法，这种说法和xiaobaitu, pjiang说法是不一样的，也许前者是理论，后者是实际？如果有经历的人说一下就最好了。
