please help: how to invite 8-year-old nephew to USA

I'd like to invite my 8-year-old nephew (son of my big brother, now in China )to USA for a short visit ( during his summer break, July to September), I'm a green card holder, anyone has any idea what should I do? what kind of visa should he apply?
