申请第二份AP清单

The old AP my daughter carries will be expired upon our scheduled return so I am going to apply another one. Here is the list I can think of at this point. Please advise if I shall miss anything.

-Form I-131 (Should I state in addendum regarding Part 7 that the scheduled return might be later than the authorized AP’s expiration date?)

-A personal check ($305) made payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security

-Copy of I-485 receipt

-Copy of old AP (I am not sure if they could grant the new AP starting from old AP’s expiration date or they just stamp the date on which they authorize it.)

-Copy of passport including the identity page and renewal pages

-Copy of all I-94 cards issued

-Copy of H-4 (I am not sure if this is necessary but on form I-131, I entered her class of admission as H-4 so I think I should provide the evidence.)
