工作多少小时可维持H1和绿卡（EB3）申请？

我已交I-485（EB3），最近改为每周工作30小时。请问这影响我维持H1身份和绿卡申请吗？以后我还有可能继续减少工作时间（例如每周20小时），请问维持H1和申请绿卡有没有最少工作时间？哪里有相关的网站？谢谢！
