nothing indicated that for name check clear. We even got letter say that "your application is current under review, we will mail your decision within 60 days ", and actually nothing happen after 60 days. When asked infopass, they said this is routine letter. Anyway, since they put "60 days" mark here, we presented this to the Judge when we filed WOM, and won the lawsuit and got GC within 20 days after that
