Fingerprint card

Your local police department should do this for free. They have blank fingerprint cards, usually for perps. :)
Make an appointment, bring your ID, ask to make two or three prints just in case one is bad, send all cards to the FBI address and you should receive them with "No Record" stamped in due time.
