婚姻绿卡申请被退回，请高人指点。——急急急

我住纽约，3月结婚，6月i-130,i-485等表格和材料一起寄到Vermont Service Center,今天，所有材料被退回。
信中是这样写的：
This office processes only concurrently filed I-130/I- 485s for applicants who reside within the jurisdiction of the baltimore district office. Because you do not live within the jurisdictionn of the Baltimore district office and because a visa number would be immedately available to you upon approval of your Form I-130, yor entire submission is being returned so that you can file the Form I-130 and I485 together at your local CIS office. If you decide to file your I-130 separately from your I-485, you may re-submit the form I-130, with a proper fee, to this office.
