父母延期被拒, 可否appeal?

因为I94已经于己于2007年11月到期,延期申请10月下旬寄到移民局. 刚刚发现被拒, 这样一来即使马上购票,恐怕到时候I94已过期90天,不知道可不可以appeal the case? 多谢
