12-19-2007批的绿卡，怎么报07年的税？Non-resident or resident?

已经收到报税的表格了。

我前几年都按NonResident报的，还引用了中美的Treaty免联邦税。

我07年底拿到的绿卡，07的税该怎么报？

我只有十几天是绿卡身份，难道也要按Resident身份报税吗？
