LESS THAN 180 days after filing 485?

I just received my EAD. Currently, I am a postdoc (H1), and I hope to work in a company. My 140 applications are eb1 and eb2 (NIW), and cases are in pending status.

My question is:
Does this affect my application if I change my job to work in a company in less then 180 days? (No sponsorship is involved in my case.)

I feel kind of suspended here...like chicken bones.
