快被折磨成精神病了，　现在申请AP要等多长时间阿？　12 月29 日寄的AP申请，现在还没收到收据，正常吗，照这速度，还不得等上半年那，有什么好办法加快申请吗，什么情况才能办紧急AP呀，说送孩子回国行吗? 愁愁愁! 谢谢了
