questions for xiaobaitu

Dear xiaobaitu,

I would like to know if I can change job at the beginning of 140 application when I go for NIW? or I have to wait until 485 is filed?

Also, somepeople mention that 140 and 485 can be filed together, some say 485 can not be submitted simutaneously, which is right?
