如果按NIW申请绿卡，是不是要等到有排期的时候才能

递交I-485，现在排期是2003年1月，是不是一定要等5年才能递交？
中间可以换工作，但不能换研究方向。这里的研究方向范围有多宽？比如有机化学研究药物的合成，那么以后所换的工作也必须是这个吗，如果换成材料的合成呢，还是有机反应？
