1.About "Evidence showing that the proposed employment qualifiesas a specialty occupation", 关于这个证明, HR 需写一份材料吗?还是用当初广告上注明的学位需求? 还是证明以前的雇员都有相当学位?

2. 在一个H1B 申请的律师网站上, 我发现写了"The employer must also post the LCA's in conspicuous locations on their business premises showing that they are hiring an H-1B. The LCA postings must be up for at least two weeks (10 business days)". 我没发现你在你的博客上提到这个,能给我解释一下这必需吗?
