请教----关于领养以及签证

我的140已经批准，485等待，H1签证，AP已批准。想回国领养一个亲戚的小孩，请问个位大侠，
1。小孩应该是H4吗？
2。如果过来，可不可以等过来后递485？必须要在一起居住两年吗？也就是说以H4身份吗？
