It's said 8 CFR 214.2(o)(13) grants O-1 dual intent, while I failed to locate the source. Also I haven't run cross any USCIS memo states as such. Hence I hesitate to confirm O-1's dual intent, like H-1/L-1 which I did.

I'm not saying there is none of above exist, but just I haven't got to by my research.
