09/2005 我交了NIW140 和485 申请，一个月后，140 被批，485pending, 同时我一直
用h1b.
02/2006 lp h4 签证通过。
03/2006 我换工作，开始用ead卡(当时没有意识到严重后果，否则也不会轻易换工作）
03/2006 lp 凭h4 来美
04/2006 申请学校，准备转f1
05/2006 递交了539
08/2006 转身份被拒（ 觉得主要原因在于律师的不负责任，另一方面也是因为请了律
师之后自己就不太上心了）
09/2006 我递交eb1b 的申请，她交了I485，一个月后收到收据，她的身份成了成了AOS
04/2007 我申请h1,三四月后拿到approval notice
06//07 priority date 排到09/05后，她又交了一份485 申请，based on my niw 140.
现在她的两份485同时被拒。
