I797 for H4

Dear friend:

I have a question related to H4 visa application. There are two portions in I797 Notice of Action paper. Which portion, exactly the upper one(lager) or the bottom one(small) will be asked to show to the visa officer in an interview? The information got from this webpage just said Original I797, what is this?

Please help me or the others who are confused to this as well.
