1. If this is AUSA first time for extend, then agree. Most likely Judge will agree any way unless you have strong argument

2. since your PD is not current, let AUSA for extension will buy you some time.

3. Remember, we file WOM for solving our problem, not to won or lose the case. Try to talk with AUSA, and ask him to get NC clear first, then wait for visa.
