Thank you so much! I have another question. My case is EB2 NIW and PD is July 2004. Does that mean I'd better have my case extented till the visa number is available? However, I do hope that my NC can be cleared soon although the defendents may argue that they could not approve my case since visa number is unavailable. What is your opinion?
