Weird email about my H1B case approved in 2006

Today (Sunday), I receive an email regarding my H1B case approved in July 2006. There is also an update online today (01/06).

Do they work on Sunday? Since it is a approved H1B case, why there is a update and email notification on it? Any idea? Thanks.
