是不是Name Check不clear,485不会被申理

I-485 filed on Nov 2006. No LUD since Jan 2007. Infopass 好几次，都说还在Name Check.

这么样我的485是不是根本没被打开？一直要等到Name Check清了后才会被申理? PD Current都变不current好几次了！
