急! 请教小白兔, I-485递交180天后换工作

My Situation: I-140 approved more than 1 year. I-485 filled on 07/02/2007. And already get I-485 receipt, EAD, and AP. The current H1b is valid until August 2008. 被剥削了好多年, 正有一个好的offer等着答复, 急啊.
(1) Will I be able to change job while the I-485 pending is more than 180 days? I know the answer is YES. I-485递交180天后可以换工作 according to AC-21. Is it not required to transfer H1b to the new company? 在法律上, 我不必保持H1b 非移民身份, 对吗?
(2) I-485递交180天后换工作需书面通知移民局吗?
(3) I plan to start a business as the unique owner using my EAD. Can I be both the owner and the president? Can I work for my own company? How many employees do I have to hire? 投资移民 needs to hire 10 employees with US Citizen or GC holder.
(4) 我有两张一样的 AP papers. 上月回中国返回时, 移民局收去一张, 是否能用另一张再回国一次?
