运气好，通过 call USCIS 可能得到多于 online case status 的信息; 运气不好，得不到任何更多信息。这时一定要求 启动一个 service request， 并要一个 confirmation number。 一般 45天或 60天后应有复信. 如无复信，再 call USCIS.
