急问，Vermont service center correct fax number

I called USCIS this morning and they told me fax number for Vermont Service center is 802-527-4816, I also searched online and this number seems correct.But When I send fax out ,it always says "You dial a wrong INS number"(I tried on two different fax machines).Anyone knows how to deal with this issue?
