just called USCIS about my I-485...is it possible?

just called USCIS for my I-485 status. The representative told me that my application will be approved within 30 days. That's all the info he told me. He had no idea about my NC status. He told me that's all the info he knows (obviously from the database he could check). anyone has similar experience?
