should I write a letter to first lady, senator and FBI again?

I have write letters to them, Senator and First lady had already forward the letters to FBI and we received a letter from FBI afterward and told we should wait our case be processed in order.

The problem is we have waited 2.5 years, by 05/15/08, it will be three years.

Should I write to them again. or just wait.
