请大家出出主意--劳工广告

劳工广告之后收到一些申请。 律师说有些必须由我的employer interview。那些都是公民或永久居民， 而且 background strong 。

（1）这种情况常见吗？
（2）对后面申请有何影响？
（3）不知道继续往下走的风险多大？律师费都是我自己付的。 毕竟律师费不便宜。
