name check cleared after WOM

My name check was cleared on 12/13/07 and I filed WOM on 9/27/07. But now I need to wait for visa number to be available due to the retrogression. So I gave the US attorney 2 months extension to see how things will work out. I also have a Eb1 petition pending although my EB2 petition is approved. I feel regret that I didn't file WOM earlier.
