I-140,I-485 and I-131

1. Can EAD approved in advance of I-140 and I-485 if filled concurrently?

If yes,

2. Can approved EAD influence the H1B renew?

3. Which one (H1b or EAD) should be used before I-140 and I-485 are approved?
