Will my I485 change centers if I change my address?

I moved from Illinois to Connecticut. If I change my address, will my I485 change centers from NSC to TSC? If yes, will that cause a delay in processing?

My I485 has been under background check for 4 years. Do I have to call a senator's office for help before I seek WOM?

I'd appreciate anybody's help. Xiaobaitu? Pjang?
