引用很少，但媒体网站报道很多，NIW能批？

文章刚发不久，很少引用，但这个工作有大量的媒体网站报道，转载，（多种语言，绝大多数是英文，也有中文，甚至有阿拉伯语）。

不知道这能不能弥补引用不多的缺陷，NIW能批吗？
