恳请大虾们帮忙看一下AP的问题

各位大虾，我想请教一个问题请大家分析一下：
我和我太太明年1月份回大陆过年，然后用AP回美。 我们目前都是H1，我的140也已通过。
我太太打算离美前辞去现在的工作，但不打算再转成H4了。
请问各位大虾，如果这样，回美时入关是否会有问题呢？
